| video and photos | Tagtraum der Eule The sound and video installation "Tagtraum der Eule" (Daydream of the Owl) was created in September 2021 for the exhibition "Auftrag Natur" (Mission Nature) for the Night of the Arts at the Japanese Palace in Dresden. For years now, humanity's relationship with nature has increasingly become a topic that art cannot ignore. It is no longer possible to view nature as a retreat for romantic reverie. Instead, nature is increasingly revealing itself to humans in all its strangeness and inaccessibility. This work seeks to expose this distanced view of the unfamiliar.
